Pricing

Pick what you need. The figure appears below, and you do not have to ask first.

These are fixed prices, not estimates that move later. If the scope changes partway, we agree a price before I carry on.

Launch pricing

Launch pricing for the first 5 clients only. After that it returns to the full price shown beside it.

1Type of sitePick one
Which one is right for you?

Both are built the same way, with the same code. The difference is how many questions the site has to answer before someone gets in touch.

Landing page

RM1,200 · One to two weeks

When it makes sense
You sell one thing and want visitors to take one action — call, book, or sign up.
Typical use
Facebook, Google or TikTok ads pointing at one destination. A product launch. A single package or a seasonal offer.
Main advantage
Fast to build, cheaper, and easy to measure. One page with one goal means you can tell which ad actually worked.
The limit
Google only has one page to index, so you compete on one set of keywords. Long content gets cramped quickly.

Full site

RM2,400 · Two to four weeks

When it makes sense
You offer several services, and customers research before contacting anyone.
Typical use
A clinic with several treatments. A law firm with several practice areas. A hotel with rooms, facilities and bookings.
Main advantage
Each page can target its own keyword, so there are more ways in from Google. There is room for FAQs, pricing and the team.
The limit
It needs more content from you, and the content is usually what slows a project down, not the code.

If you are still unsure, start with a landing page. Pages can be added later, once you know which questions customers actually ask.

2LanguagePick one
Do you need both languages?
When BM alone is enough
Your customers are local and they search in BM — food, beauty, home services, retail. Adding English opens no new door, it just doubles the content you have to maintain.
When English earns its keep
B2B search in Malaysia skews heavily English. Legal, accounting, IT, suppliers, logistics — your buyers type in English even when they speak BM.
Why it costs +RM800
It is not a translation. Each language is written separately, because people do not search translated phrases — they search their own. It includes separate routes and hreflang tags so Google knows which version is for whom.
3Add-onsPick as many as you need
Which of these do you actually need?
Admin panel
Worth it if your content moves — seasonal prices, a menu, stock, holiday hours. If the site reads the same all year, it is RM2,100 for a button you will not press. Three examples in the portfolio have one; open them and try it first.
Blog or articles
Worth it if you will actually write. A blog that stopped three months ago is worse than no blog — it tells visitors the business went quiet. If you are not sure you can post monthly, skip it for now.
Gallery
Worth it when the work itself is what sells and the work is visual — renovation, catering, events, salons, landscaping. If your photos are stock photos, it helps nobody.

Needs scoping first These two depend on your provider and your workflow, so a fixed price here would only be a guess. Tell me what you need and you get a fixed price once the scope is clear. AI chatbot, Booking system Quoted separately.

4DomainPick one
.com or .my?
If you already own one
No extra cost. I point the DNS at the new site and handle the SSL certificate. You stay the owner throughout and the account stays in your name.
.com
The most recognised, and the easiest to say over the phone without spelling it. Short names are harder to get, because the whole world is competing for them.
.my
A clear signal that you are a Malaysian business, and short names are still available. You need an SSM business registration to hold one.
Do you need both?
No. One is the real address; if you already own the second, it redirects there. Buying both purely to protect the name rarely pays for a small business.
5After launchPick one
What is actually in the care plan?
What it covers
Managed hosting with the SSL certificate renewed automatically, backups, monitoring for when the site goes down, security updates, and one hour of changes a month — text, photos, prices, opening hours.
Why the price follows the site
A six-page site has more to look after than one page, and an admin panel adds real support, because people ask how to use it.
If you handle it yourself
You get the code and a handover document: where it is hosted, when the domain needs renewing, and what to watch for. Every account is in your name, and I drop my access once you confirm.
Can you stop it any time?
Yes. No minimum term and no notice period. The site is yours, and I hand everything over whenever you ask.

The price follows what was built. A six-page site needs more looking after than one page, and an admin panel adds real support because people ask how to use it. Optional, and you can stop it whenever you like.

These are three different commitments, so they are deliberately not added into one number.

Send me this scope

Included at every price

  • A third round of revisions onwards is billed hourly.

What I do not do

Payment integration. If you need to take payments online, I am not the right person for that job, and it is better you know now.
